Quantile Project Management worked with the team on a CAT B refurbishment of the space to a tight delivery programme once the works commenced
Quantile Project Management were engaged to undertake a coordinated design and tender process, work closely with the client team to deliver a new and exciting refurbished workplace
During the initial phases we established a series of staff surveys/group discussions, undertook a Leesman survey to all staff and followed up with a series of executive team interviews. These all formed decisions about how the new space would work for the business and what areas where forms of improvement may be needed
With a keen focus on maintaining high environmental standards, British International Investment wanted a design that considered how the refurbishment could impact the environment and this formed a strategic part of the brief

The project had several areas of challenges and complications to overcome and we maintained a focus on the detailed and meticulous planning that was required before the refurbishment commenced
This involved reviewing relocating existing furniture to new locations, a detailed plan on how staff would continue to occupy the building safely while the refurbishment was undertaken and coordination around how the new furniture would be brought into the building seamlessly. This resulted in a series of coordinated communication releases to the staff keeping them informed at every step
This project was a complete success and created a transformational new exciting workplace environment for British International Investment
